Sites of the week

Well, I am back at home and slightly rested. I have been browsing through my pics and will have a lot of product and project pics over the next couple of days. However, today I have to show you all the awesome celebs I met/saw. On the first day I was very fortunate to meet a lot of the industry celebs, including Alli Edwards, Tim Holtz, Heidi Swapp and as the week went on I got to see some “real” celebrities. We “ran into” a very pregnant Melissa Joan Hart aka Clarissa Explains It All or Sabrina, The Teenage Witch. On my flight back to DFW, I had attorney Gloria Allred and our very own Cowboys quarterback, Tony Romo {I wonder who he was visiting in LA!?!} sitting just a few seats away from me. I “ran into” Mr. Romo in the terminal and got is autograph for Carole’s son, Truman. He was very nice and just **a little** cute. Ellie was in my arms and I asked her to say “Hi,” she said “No!” LOL!!

OMG!! We found a goldmine! The most BEEEEEAUUUUTIFUL ribbon ever was spotted at Beaux Regards {Sorry, no link. They are currently working on a website}. I must tell ya, this stuff is not cheap. I don’t know that it will make it to the mainstream paper crafting market. With that said, I STILL have to show you the stuff because it is so yummy!!

Hello all!! I’m here at CHA. We are having a BLAST, but my feet HUUUUUUUUUUUUUURT!! I am having issue with my memory card, but I just want to let you know you that when I do get it working I will having pics of GORGEOUS GORGEOUS GORGEOUS ribbon, fun papers, new stamps and bunches of other great products. Want to know who I met today and got pictures with today????????? FOUR FAMOUS PEOPLE!! Alli Edwards, Tim Holtz, Elsie Flannigan and HEIDI SWAPP {yes, seriously}!!! I am jumping!! Ok, we are out the door to dinner with the eP girls and bunches of fun friends.

Thank goodness it’s Saturday!! That means it’s time for another SKETCH FOR YOU TO TRY…YAY! When I made this sketch, I put the heart in as the embellishment to hopefully give you some sort of divine inspiration for any Valentine’s cards left to do. You are more than welcome to use any shape and/or embellishment that you would like. The sample that I made was left behind for Tony and Ellie to find while I am living the crafty life in SoCal for a few days. It may be a little girly for Tony’s taste, but I think that Ellie will love it.
