Inkin’ of You Sketch For You To Try…
Thank goodness it’s Saturday!! That means it’s time for another SKETCH FOR YOU TO TRY…YAY! When I made this sketch, I put the heart in as the embellishment to hopefully give you some sort of divine inspiration for any Valentine’s cards left to do. You are more than welcome to use any shape and/or embellishment that you would like. The sample that I made was left behind for Tony and Ellie to find while I am living the crafty life in SoCal for a few days. It may be a little girly for Tony’s taste, but I think that Ellie will love it.
For more great samples, check out the Carole, Shannan and Susan’s samples.
**When uploading to SCS, please use the keyword SFYTT** I am really looking forward to seeing what you do with this sketch!!
Here’s my sample for the sketch…
DP is from K&Co.; image and sentiment are from A Muse
As the Guest Designer for this month, here is a sample from Bethany Paull…

See you either tomorrow or Monday with the first of a few reports from CHA.

OMGosh Jen, you just made my day! I have a demo to do at my store on Tuesday on faux techniques! I have nothing prepared for it! Got some great Penny Black stamps just yesterday and was planning on getting everything worked up here at home over the weekend to be ready for Tuesday. You just gave me my card layout for one of the faux stitching techniques I am going to show! This is perfect! I’ll upload a link when I get it done! Thanks!
Hope you are having a blast at CHA Jen!
Your sketch looks fabulous, as always! Hope to have time to do it before I leave for our holiday.
Both the examples are beautiful! You both did an awesome job!
What wonderful cards!
this may sound like a silly question, but do I have to use a heart for that embellishment? can it be a different shape??
Great sketch! Love the Inkin of You card, sooo cute and I love the colors!

Your cards are adorable! Hope you have fun at CHA.
How stinkin’ CUTE! I LOVE those colors together and the “inking of you” is just the cutest sentiment!
OMGosh this is SOOO weird!!! I made a card last night that is so close to this one. I even used GinaK’s octopus as the main image and the layout is so similar. WOW I am seriously freaked out…hehehehe Seriously though that is pretty weird and I promised I didn’t see this post before. I guess great minds think alike. Have fun at CHA
Thanks for the sketch Jen.
