Martini Girl and Class Schedule…

Posted by Jen | cards, events | Monday, May 19, 2008

Happy Monday everyone! This Inky Antics Martini Girl was seeking to be inked and that’s what she finally got this weekend. There is just way too much un-inked rubber in my stamp studio!! I am making an effort to get to those under-loved stamps. The truth is that I am going to do a little more housekeeping and will probably have to purge some. So, you might want to be on the lookout for a sale here in the {somewhat near} future. Back to the card… The sentiment is also from Inky Antics. It’s actually one long sentiment that I inked twice to make it fit the circle. Now from the base up…the base of the card is Regal Rose and is layered with Whisper White, Basic Black and DP from Crafty Secrets. The Martini Girl is colored with Copics and the glass and bubbles are layered with Sakura Stardust pen. My finishing touches include itty bitty Prima flowers that have Bella Bauble centers, Regal Rose 5/8″ ribbon and a cute little martini charm from Stamping Bella.

Jen - Will you be teaching any more classes closer into Dallas? I REALLY want to go to one of your classes but can’t seem to coordinate getting all the way down to Ft. Worth (I life in Irving..) Thanks for all your creations and the inspiration you give!

I just love her dress you have a great eye on the coloring … I have yet to master it.. I get nerves when it is time to color with marker… I have a question what do you do with all the cards you make… do you keep them for your personal use or donate … I hope that was okay to ask… TFS you card is lovely like always..

Oh my gosh….I didn’t realize you teach at Imprints. I used to see Tina every year at Debbie Gunion buyer’s shows (for retailers). I only live about 3 hours from there. I MUST come take one of your classes someday. How fun that would be for me!

Fantastic card Jen! Your colouring is fabulous….her dress is beautifully coloured! Wish I was a TAD closer, I’d attend your classes for sure. The altered blocks sound interesting!

Jen, I will be attending your Copics class on June 13th! I can not wait. When you last taught the class it was full so I got put on the waiting list and waiting is tough!
I love your site and enjoy your creativity.
