Love Fest…

Have ya heard? There’s a little LOVE FEST going on over at Splitcoast Stampers! It’s a bit of a celebration for the 10 member companies, including THE CAT’S PAJAMAS. Each day a challenge is being hosted by one of the companies and today is TCP’s day. We’re hosting an inspiration challenge that I know you will LOVE!…

Here’s what I came up with…

I created the scrappy scene with the 3×3 Stars, Cloud Border and Toppers CutUps dies. The sentiment is from the set WISH set. For some reason, I didn’t realize that I had this sentiment among all my stamps. When I was flipping through my TCP sets and came across it, I knew that it was the one that I wanted to be the central theme of my card.

I used the colors from the inspiration piece and cut stars from yellow polka dot paper {My Mind’s Eye Collectable: Unforgettable}. I love how they pop out against the white and the black and white stripe {Crate Paper: On Trend}.

So, how will you interpret the inspiration piece? The colors, pattern, texture or something else?
