Happy first Saturday of the month! I hope that everyone is enjoying their Easter weekend. I am looking forward to tomorrow’s Easter basket {Ellie’s} and egg hunt. Today I have a new sketch {of course!}, a new team member to announce and a new Designer of the Month to introduce…YAY!!

This month’s Designer of the Month is the very talented Makeesha Byl…

A little about Makeesha in her own words…
I am so excited to be playing along as Jen’s Guest Designer this month! Certainly a dream come true. I have been stamping for approximately 8 years, and was introduced to stamping through Stampin’Up. When Stampin’Up opened it’s doors in Australia I signed right up and have enjoyed 4 years being a Demo earning the Incentive trip, awards, and The heart of Stampin’Up award for my work in raising funds for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. In the past year, I have ventured out a whole lot more with different stamp images, Copic markers etc, and have really enjoyed the change and challenge it brings. I love to write tutorials and have done several for Splitcoast Stampers. I live in Tropical Cairns, Australia - the home of The Great Barrier Reef.
I am also a mum to 4 kids under 10, a passionate lover of books, movies and chocolate! I love to serve God in all that I do and thank Him for the talent He has blessed me with. Thanks again to Jen for this fun opportunity and I hope you like the creations I come up with in the month of April.
