Create Your Own Crayon Box…

Posted by Jen | The Cat's Pajamas, projects | Saturday, January 2, 2010

New Year’s Greetings! I made a crayon {style} box the other day using a simple template I created, along with my circle Nestabilities and TCP stamps and came up with this…

crayonbox1

Yes, those are leftover Christmas Hershey kisses in there!…Shhh, don’t tell anyone that I put them with a Valentine-y project!! LOL! All of the instructions and template {even in a PDF version!} for this project can be found HERE on the The Cat’s Pajamas site, where it is the Project of the Month {YAY!}.

I’m off to clean clean clean {nest, nest, nest} before my hired help {just kidding, my grandmother-in-law} and the baby arrive!! {double YAY!}

    This is darling, Jen. Going to print off the instructions and use it for my kids for Valentine’s Day goodies. Love your “recycling” LOL ;D Can’t wait to see pics of your new little one once he arrives. I’m sure Ellie will be a wonderful helper too. My daughter used to bring me the diapers, vaseline and wipes when my son needed changing and was so proud to be mommy’s helper. I’m reliving my c-section through you :D

    I usually buy candy after the holiday because it’s cheaper. So, I think these kisses are perfect for Vday. Great project. Love your color choices and imagery. Best wishes with your upcoming life changing, but I sure welcome, event.
