Sketch For You To Try…

July 25, 2009, by {Jen}

Hooray for Saturday! I am totally excited that I am teaching my first classes at the new Scrapper’s Boutique. It’s the only non-corporate store that we have on this side of town. Lots of friendly SCS faces are coming, so I am excited about that, too.

Ellie is all better now, as noted by the sassy 3 year-oldness that has been heard around here. I have been getting a little more stamping done this week, although my room is a royal M-E-S-S!! I am just dying to get these Ikea workstation in there. Not gonna happen for a long while, though. The will-be-in-January nursery has to convert back into a play room {where all my current furniture will go}. So for now, all I can say is “some day.” Anyways, back to the sketch stuff. Here is this week’s sketch…

    I am one of your followers, and I don’t comment very often, but I needed to say this card is fantastic. or should I say fintastic.. LOL

    I was curious where you got the star punches from. They are a very nice size, and love that you embossed them like that, the bubble look works really well, with them.

    great work.

    Hope your feeling well, I know the first tri can be an ick!

    Jen, I totally understand the “where to put baby and all the rest of the stuff” dilema! I am wondering the same thing myself. I think my stamp room is going to be a thing of the past. I told myself that I would *never* be without a stamp area, but times are changing! I love both of your cards! I especially love your glimmery mermaid! Super cute!

    Hi Jen! Enjoyed meeting you Saturday at Scrapper’s Boutique and learning about the Copics and how to color with them.

    Your sketch was great this week, as usual. I took a few liberties and turned the stars into a flower from my Slice machine. Hope you like it.

    What a wonderful card Jenn!! I love your colors, coloring and the stars. I often look at your sketches and love them but rarely find the time. This week I made it a point to try. You can go hereto see my entry.

    Hope you are feeling well. I was very sick my first trimester and the entire pregnancies. Thinking of you.
