Totally Sweet TCP Tuesday…

December 2, 2008, by {Jen}

We’re home! We had a great time visiting my parents, family and friends in Arizona for Thanksgiving. I relaxed and read a lot. I have jumped on the bandwagon and started reading the Stephanie Meyer Twilight series. Yesterday I was on the hunt for Eclipse at Wal-Mart and Target, but they are all sold out, so I will be making a trip to Barnes and Noble today! Hopefully I will get some stamping and altering done today, too!
As the title of this post states, it is TCP Tuesday. This week I am your Hipster Hostess with the Mostess and I have a sweeeeet challenge for you. It’s an inspiration challenge and you can interpret it in any way you choose. Maybe you will want to use these colors on a card, maybe the snowflake inspire a 3D project or maybe you will try out the Project of the Month from the TCP site. Any way you do, I can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Here is your inspiration piece…

Here is my sample, also the TCP Project of the Month. All directions can be found HERE.

So, wanna play along?…EVERYONE can! Here’s what you are gonna want to know…
1. Each a week one of the The Cat’s Pajamas DT Members will host a challenge.
2. The challenges will vary {stamp, color, theme/inspiration, sketch, etc.}
3. You will have until {this} Saturday night to complete the challenge.
4. Link your project on this week’s hostess’ challenge announcement. This week you will link your project on THIS POST.
5. TCP stamps are not required, but of course, highly encouraged. {Unless it is a challenge calling for a specific stamp}
6. There will be one winner each month. They will be deemed that month’s Swankiest Stamper and get $25 in Cat’s Cash {money to spend on the TCP site!}.
7. When uploading to SCS, please use the keyword TCPTUES36 for this challenge.
8. Alma will post the entries from the week the following Monday on her blog.
9. The newly crowned Swanky Stamper will be announced on the First of the Month and have his/her winning entry posted on The Cat’s Pajamas website where he/she will reign for the entire month.
10. Oh yea…HAVE FUN!

    Oh, so glad you had fun with family. Family really is the best part of this time of year.
    Oh no, you have opened pandora’s box. hehehe I started the series a long time ago but still have the last 2 books to read. I went to see the movie with my parents and niece. WOW!!! I need to get a hold of her other books as well hehehe.

    Jen,
    these look great! The books are VERY addicting! My 12 year old read all 4 over the holiday break as well as over 200+ pages for the 5th book on the website that was leaked out! I am half way through Eclipse myself now.
    If you haven’t seen the movie, it will be disappointing compared to the books, but gives you an idea of what the characters look like.
    Enjoy!
    Suzanne

    I so wish I could cook like that…but uh, the time involved. I could be stamping you know. Still it was great inspiration. I didn’t make a card. My project is 3D. Hope that still qualifies. Here is the link…

    Great sketch! I made the card for the 12Day PCP challenge and had to break out this Deck the Halls set that I won from the fabulous Jenny (http://onekraftykat.blogspot.com/). Thanks Jenny!
