Sketch For You To Try…

Posted by Jen | Bella, Verve, cards, challenges, designer of the month | Saturday, November 8, 2008

Happy Saturday y’all! I am so psyched that today finally is here. This morning I get to go to a craft fair with Susan and Shannan. I am hoping for some great finds! After that it’s off to get my hair cut and then tonight Tony and I are going to a fancy schmancy gala in Dallas. Hopefully we will get some good pics and I will be sure to share them next week.

Of course Saturday means another SKETCH FOR YOU TO TRY! So, let’s get to it…

My sample using an image from the chichiboulie line at Stamping Bella and a sentiment from Verve Stamps {being released tomorrow night}…

Designer of the Month, Becca Feeken’s, GORGEOUS sample…

Check out the samples from a few of my stampin’ friends, Amy R., Amy S., Carole, Shannan and Susan!

Well I am a week late in getting this card posted but I love how it turned out and I had to share. Very little stamping but that’s not always a bad thing!

    Thanks for a great sketch!

Here’s my card. I used MFT’s Flopsey and made him reading Twas the Night Before Christmas. I struggled with the two parallel runs behind the image, but I think overall he’s pretty cute.
    Thanks!
