Inspiration Challenge TCP Style…

I’m your Hipster Hostess With The Mostess this week and I bring you an inspiration challenge that I think (make that **HOPE**} that you are gonna like. Here in Texas, summer is still holding on so I thought that this picture {from Better Homes and Gardens} would be an appropriate way to send summer out in {TCP} style…

Here’s my interpretation of all the bright and fun colors, shapes and other design elements that caught my eye…

You bet that we want ALL of our TCP friends to play along! EVERYONE is welcome to play and here are a few deets that you might want to know…

1. Each a week one of the The Cat’s Pajamas DT Members will host a challenge.
2. The challenges will vary {stamp, color, theme/inspiration, sketch, etc.}
3. You will have until {this} Saturday night to complete the challenge.
4. Link your project on this week’s hostess’ challenge announcement. This week you will link your project on THIS POST.
5. TCP stamps are not required, but of course, highly encouraged. {Unless it is a challenge calling for a specific stamp}
6. There will be one winner each month. They will be deemed that month’s Swankiest Stamper and get $25 in Cat’s Cash {money to spend on the TCP site!}.
7. When uploading to SCS, please use the keyword TCPTUES24 for this challenge.
8. Alma will post the entries from the week the following Monday on her blog.
9. The newly crowned Swanky Stamper will be announced on the First of the Month and have his/her winning entry posted on The Cat’s Pajamas website where he/she will reign for the entire month.
10. Oh yea…HAVE FUN!

    Wow, look at that bedroom!! What a fabulous place for a kid to hang out! This card is completely rockin and fun!!! So many cool things on it to see and my eyes completely flow all around the card!! Too cute!!

    Wow, bright room! I would not be able to stay in it very long! I prefer brights in small quantities. I like your card! It is bright in just the right places.

    For my card, I dusted off my bright papers, and got to use my brand new TCP birthday stamps. Here is my card:

    Oh MY Jen!!! This card is FABULOUS!!! I LOVE how you created your background!! And those circles on the bottom are fantastic!! Love the fun colors too!! This is such a creative masterpiece!! Wow! Wow! Wow!

    Wow! I love the way you’ve captured so many of the shapes & playful colors from the inspiration photo! (BTW … Can you imagine having such a colorful & perfectly coordinated room as a young girl! Oh My Word!!)

    Jen, I am not a “cutsey” fan but that darn cat keeps “snagging” me in (as only a cat could do, of course!) What a great card you’ve designed!! Thanks for sharing!

    I don’t have any TCP stamps, but I played along anyway cause I Loved the inspiration room. So cute! And I’d also like the chance to win some money so I can buy some stamps and play more often. Anyhow, heres mine:
