A Sketch For You To Try…

‘Tis the season for cool weather and craft fairs. Today I will be enjoying both! I have yet to actually go to a craft fair, so I am pretty excited. I *think* that I am going more for inspiration, but we shall see. I wanted to make today’s sketch something fun and funky, so here it is…

Earlier in the week, I was asked a couple of questions through the comments on posts. I thought that I would take a sec to answer those here today…
What kind of camera do I use?
I use a digital Canon Rebel XTi (SLR). I LOOOOVE this camera! It is pretty big, and I am sometime reluctant to haul it with me, a stroller, the kid that goes in the stroller, the kid’s stuff that may or may not fit in the stroller….BUT…I am never disappointed with the pics I get when I take it and when I don’t take it, I always wish that I did take it!!
Regarding the Pumpkin Box’s closure:
This box basically must be torn open to get to the candy. I was wondering the same thing when I first saw it, but once I printed and cut out the template, it was much more apparent.

I too, have that same camera and love, love the way the pictures come out. I am like you though, hauling all the camera equipment, lenses to change out, and tripod can be cumbersome at times.

I love my Rebel camera too and I agree it’s big to lug around with us but it takes FANTASTIC pictures!!

Great sketch Jen! I’m off to go try it right now. I have the same camera and it’s awesome. There is so much to learn with it though! I’ve had it for 6 months or so and I am still trying to figure some things out!
